Carl Spina

Carl was a co-founder of Poudre River Valley Trust Company, a State of Colorado chartered trust company; co-founder and President of Family Business Consultants; a founding director of the Center for Entrepreneurial and Family Enterprises at Colorado State University, College of Business; co-founder of Eagle Spirit Outfitters; founder of Integrated Psychotherapies; and founder of Interface — Individual and Family Life Center. Carl has been a member and past President of the Board of Directors for Legacy Land Trust.

Karen Spina

Karen is a retired Certified Financial Planner with over twenty-two years of experience in providing financial planning and wealth management services to clients of James Sprout & Associates, Inc., Poudre River Valley Trust Company and First Western Trust Bank. She was a co-founder of Eagle Spirit Outfitters a Colorado based outdoor recreation business. Karen has been a volunteer at Legacy Land Trust.

Kevin Shea

Kevin is a Colorado Certified General Appraiser who has appraised property for Open Space, Land Trusts, the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management, as well as parcels for the acquisition of DIA, E-470, and state and local highways. He acquired land for Jefferson County Open Space, the City of Boulder and the City and County of Denver, where he was Coordinator of Property Acquisition for the latter. He is a board member of the Colorado Coalition of Land Trusts, a member of the board for the Jefferson Conservation District and on the board of the local chapter and President of the International Right of Way Association. He holds the professional designation of SR/WA from the International Right of Way Association. Kevin is a Colorado native.

Elaine Shea

Elaine recently retired from her profession as a Certified Massage Therapist. She founded and successfully operated her own massage therapy business since 1997. She ran an exclusive dog and house sitting service in the Denver area over the past ten-year period. She has done extensive volunteer work with a number of non profit agencies including Hospice.
