Carl was a co-founder of Poudre River Valley Trust Bank; co-founder and President of Family Business Consultants; a founding director of the Center for Entrepreneurial and Family Enterprises at Colorado State University, College of Business; co-founder of Eagle Spirit Outfitters; founder of Integrated Psychotherapies; and founder of Interface - Individual and Family Life Center. Carl has been a member and past President of the Board of Directors for Legacy Land Trust.
Karen is a retired Certified Financial Planner with over twenty-two years of experience in providing financial planning and wealth management services to clients of James Sprout & Associates, Inc., Poudre River Valley Trust Bank and First Western Trust Bank. She was a co-founder of Eagle Spirit Outfitters a Colorado based outdoor recreation business. Karen has been a volunteer at Legacy Land Trust.
Jody Barbour is our Transaction Specialist. She offices in Lakewood, Colorado our newest location. Jody has 18 years of experience in business and commercial real estate transactions. She holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Conservation Tax Credit Transfer, LLC, Jody was a senior commercial real estate paralegal with Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. in Denver. She has extensive experience in various areas of real estate, transactional law and environmental law.
Anne Renaud-Wilkinson has been a real estate appraiser for over 20 years. Most of her
work has focused on rural lands and conservation easements. She is the former supervisor of the Lands Division of the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, where she honed skills in federal appraisal review and conservation easement acquisition in the public arena. Anne has been the consultant and contract appraiser in many high profile public acquisitions, including the Lewis and Clark Expedition Trail along the Missouri River, the Chimney Rock National Historical Monument and the Alberton Gorge Recreation Corridor in Western Montana, as well as numerous large federal land exchanges. She holds a General Certified appraisal license in Colorado as well as an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Anne graduated from the State University of New York with a B. A. in Biology. True to her French Canadian heritage, Anne is a 1998 marathon-canoe gold medal recipient from the World Masters Games, which means on sunny days she is working diligently on riverfront land reviews.
