Conservation Tax Credit Transfer, LLC ("CTCT") specializes in facilitating the transfer of Colorado Conservation Easement Tax Credits ("Credit"). We match landowners, who have donated a conservation easement, qualified for a tax credit and want to sell their Credit, with qualified Colorado taxpayers who are willing and able to purchase the Credit.

CTCT is the only tax credit transfer firm that has a designated appraiser on our team. He performs a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice ("USPAP") compliant review of each appraisal as part of our document review process. Providing a USPAP compliant review of the appraisal creates additional peace of mind for the landowner that their appraisal will stand up to review by a taxing authority.

CTCT has successfully facilitated the sale of Credits for hundreds of Colorado landowners since the inception of Colorado's Conservation Easement Tax Credit program in 2000. We have effectively matched all landowners who have enrolled their Credit with us.
